==Description==

Granted for service to Vanalir and her Mistress, this Spark represents the growth of Aether's Soul.  Its attunement cannot be removed once attuned, but it grows in strength as Aether does.  It provides a +2 to all spell attack rolls and save DCs.  Also, starting at level 10, it provides proficiency in Insight, as Aether learns how to interact with other living beings.  It provides a +2 to Aether's Wisdom score as well.

The bonus increases to +3 at 15th level, and the proficiency in Insight becomes Expertise.
