Hat of Everlasting Tea Parties

Description

Gifted for services to Faeyis and her Mistress, this hat is an extradimensional space that contains everything needed for a tea party. From within, the following can be pulled:

Table for 14 people Seating, though each chair will be a different style, quality, and construction A tablecloth that can be rolled out across the table, complete with tea settings for all of the guests seated at the table. A teapot, always the perfect temperature and of the flavor most pleasing to the person into whose cup it is poured.

All of this weighs nothing to the wearer of the hat, but if anything were to be used in a hostile manner, the hat will immediately consume everything and promptly blow a raspberry at the hostile creature. If the wearer is the hostile creature, the hat will also insult the wearer's parentage and not function until the next dawn.

Once per Short Rest, the tea party can provide temporary hit points equal to the wearer's level + Charisma Modifier to up to 6 people.

Once per Long Rest, the hat's party is an absolute feast instead, providing the benefits of the Heroes Feast spell.
