Aeon Scale

Description

Granted for services to Vanalir and her Mistress, the Aeon Scale is a

scale from a legendary beast, an ancient dragon.  The scale
retains a measure of the original creature's spirit,
manifesting as a miniature version of itself, though lacking
the sapience of its parent.  This creature seems similar to a
fire lizard of Benden, but it is loyal to whomever ties their
magic to that of the scale.  This spirit functions as a
Familiar.

            text: You gain a breath weapon like that of the Time Dragons. You exhale a wave
              of shimmering light in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in the area
              must make a Constitution save equal to 8 + your Constitution
              modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d8 damage on
              a failed save and becomes poisoned, and half as much damage on a
              successful one. The damage increases to 3d8 at 11th level, and 4d8
              at 17th level. You can use this breath weapon a number of times
              equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down), you can’t use
              it again until you complete a long rest.

                  The scale grants a breath weapon of a Time Dragon (`-choice breath`) that can be used to replace an attack, a Reactive Strike at 11th level (`-choice reactive`) that allows an opportunity attack when the wielder passes a saving throw or gets hit by an attack, and the Time Slip (`-choice slip`) ability at 15th level that allows the wielder to use a reaction to halve damage received and teleport up to 30 ft.  At 20th level, the wielder can wild shape into an Adult Time Dragon, except it only lasts for 1 minute and causes a level of exhaustion when reverting back.
