Description

This magic rapier was granted to a contributor to the continent of Faeyis and its Mistress. It contains the soul of a loving mother departed from this world, taken by the very thing that spawned its wielder. While the blade rests in the son's hands, he can call upon its power to hex his foe with the ire he holds for those that created him, afflicting the target with both the Hexblade's Curse and Hex or Spirit Shroud in the same bonus action. The mother inside also seeks to protect her son, washing some of his pain away when he is struck.
