Description

Granted for services to Vanalir and her Mistress, this magical robe grants the wearer a human form. In addition, it provides a scaling AC bonus of +1, then +2 starting at level 10, then +3 starting at level 15. This robe grants its wearer access to the spell Evangeline's Radiance while the wearer is attuned. It grants the ability Zophiel's Umbra. As a bonus action, the wearer of the Robe of the Eternal Kirin can call upon a phosphorescent cloud that drifts off of the robe, enveloping up to 5 allies in a protective film. Each ally gains temp hitpoints equal the wearer's Proficiency Bonus + their Charisma Modifier.
